diaper bag dilemma
so I never really invested in a good "diaper bag" for baby #1 and am considering it for baby #2. I love these above (will give links later). I love the zipper on the bottom of the two Nest bags (perfect for diapers and wipes) but I also love the side "blanky" pocket on the dwell bag. Which do you like best?

The downtown/hobo chic look
Juls, what do you think of this hobo chic, Olsen twins look that is popular right now? I'm sort of into elements of it as it is overall casual yet still interesting. If it starts to look too sloppy however I don't like it. I put together the above enssamble that I think I could wear. I have recently realized that some of my favorite clothing is tailored and dressy making it more suited for a day at the office and less appropriate for a day at home chasing a toddler and cleaning up messes. What are your thoughts on this casual downtown LA look that is going on?

Alice Temperley and the Victorian Era
I love Alice Temperley and from what I have read, her original line is supposed to quite comfortable. Her recent line for Target however is another story. Like the Victorians of old, the clothing is lovely to look at and impossible to wear. I love this blouse but could only keep it on long enough for the snapshot (too stuffy, itchy and suffocating). Not the best mom outfit...but as I did spend the cash I thought I'd at least get a picture out of it. (side note: notice how my mouth naturally turns down like I'm constantly upset? I'm not OK with that).

Project Couture Vintage
Juls, here is the online shop, Project Couture Vintage, where I purchased your bolero and my bib dress. I thnk she gets a lot of her stuff from Japan and either re-creates it or just re-sells it (my dress looks very hand-made...in a good way of course). Either way I love her stuff and love her prices even more.

Julie here. Yes, finally she graces this fabulous site. So.... I'm really into hats and hair gear right now. Having hair that reaches my boot-a, and having 2 children, I have searched for options to keep it out of the way. I love this because I don't have to do a thing. It's nice when I;m rushing out the door and I'm going to be out and about all day. I got it from a celtic company online. I have a few beret's that I wear in the same manner and I really love them.

Polyvore
Have you heard about Polyvore? It's a very fun and very addictive program online that lets you put together fashion sets. Just be careful as you will probably have to set a timer for yourself or you just might lose track of time and spend hours on this thing.
Above are some of my fav's from Creature Comfort.
